By accessing this website or authorizing services with Pro Masters Auto Service. You agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Authorizing repairs in person, by phone, text message, email, or electronically constitutes binding agreement to these Terms.

No repairs will be performed without customer approval.

Authorization may be provided verbally, electronically, or in writing and constitutes legal approval for work and charges.

Diagnostic disassembly may be required to determine accurate repair needs.

Diagnostic services are billable regardless of whether repair work is approved.

Disassembly time, testing, and professional evaluation are compensable labor.

Customer acknowledges:

• Internal engine and transmission components cannot be fully inspected without complete teardown.
• High-mileage engines and transmissions may contain hidden wear, sludge, metal fatigue, or prior internal damage.
• Repairing one component does not guarantee overall system condition.

Pro Masters Auto Service is not responsible for catastrophic engine or transmission failure caused by:

• Pre-existing wear
• Internal damage
• Sludge contamination
• Overheating history
• Lack of maintenance
• Prior improper repairs

Unless explicitly stated in writing, no repair constitutes a full engine or transmission warranty.

Liability is limited strictly to the specific repair performed.

Certain vehicles and repairs carry elevated risk, including but not limited to:

• Vehicles over 100,000 miles
• Salvage or rebuilt title vehicles
• Turbocharged systems
• Electrical module replacements
• Internal transmission repairs
• Vehicles with overheating history

Customer acknowledges additional failures may occur due to underlying wear.

The Shop is not responsible for chain-reaction mechanical failures unrelated to the specific repair performed.

We may install:

• OEM parts
• Aftermarket parts
• Reconditioned or used parts

Customer-supplied parts:

• Carry no labor warranty
• Are installed at customer’s risk
• May void warranty coverage

Any warranty provided will be stated on your invoice.

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Neglect or misuse
• Pre-existing conditions
• Overheating after repair
• Fluid contamination
• Modifications
• Repairs performed elsewhere

Warranty is void if vehicle is altered after service.

Pro Masters Auto Service is not responsible for:

• Personal property left in vehicles
• Pre-existing damage
• Delays caused by parts suppliers
• Loss of income
• Loss of vehicle use
• Rental vehicle costs
• Towing reimbursement
• Consequential or incidental damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair service provided.

Customer confirms they are the authorized cardholder for any credit/debit payment used.

Initiating a chargeback for authorized repairs constitutes breach of agreement.

The Shop reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed funds, including administrative and legal costs.

Vehicles must be picked up within 3 business days after completion notice.

After that, storage fees may apply.

Under Minnesota law:

• The Shop retains possession of the vehicle until payment is made in full.
• Unpaid vehicles may be processed under Minnesota mechanic’s lien and abandoned vehicle statutes.
• Customer is responsible for storage, administrative, lien filing, and auction-related fees.

Customer authorizes Shop employees to operate vehicle for diagnostic and quality control purposes.
